From the heartland of Kansas to the mountains of Tennessee and the rolling hills of Kentucky, preparedness communities across America are coming together. Each stop on the tour brings expert instruction, like-minded community, hands-on skills, and the deep fellowship that defines the preparedness movement.

To build and unite a community of patriots in the state of Kentucky. This community will share their knowledge and understanding of their self-reliant patriotic lifestyles. We stand together, support each other and our God given rights and liberties.

At the Midwest Preparedness Project, our mission is to Inspire & Empower people just like you, through workshops, training seminars and festivals to be prepared for and respond to whatever life throws at you! Six full days of expert instruction, community fellowship, vendors, food trucks, live music, youth events, and faith service.

The Self-Reliance Festival at Special Operations Equipment gives you a close-up view of both strategic and tactical skills. Thoroughly practical demonstrations include emergency medical training, defense dogs, blacksmithing, weaving, food preservation, aquaponics, and permaculture design.
